Refund policy

All Olenphogy purchases are covered by our 45-Day Happiness Guarantee.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 45 days of the purchase date by contacting our Customer Care team at hello@olenphogy.com.

Eligibility
This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States only. Olenphogy currently ships exclusively to the 48 contiguous states and does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states are not eligible for this guarantee.

Product Condition
Opened or partially used products may still qualify for a refund under the 45-Day Happiness Guarantee.

Return Process
To initiate a return, you must first contact our Customer Care team via email at hello@olenphogy.com to receive return authorization. Do not send items directly to the company or the shipping address, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping & Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Exclusions
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product, depending on your payment provider.

Policy Integrity
Olenphogy reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, misuse of this policy, or repeated returns outside the eligibility period.
