The OLENPHOGY Rewards Program is designed to thank our customers for supporting our brand. By creating an account and participating in eligible activities, customers can earn reward points that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
Participation in the Rewards Program is free and available to anyone who creates an account on our website.
Please note that while anyone may participate in the rewards program and earn points, all purchases, shipping, and product delivery remain subject to our store policies and applicable Terms of Service.
How to Earn Points
Customers can earn reward points through the following activities:
Account Registration
Receive 50 points when you create an account.
Birthday Reward
Add your birthday to your account profile to receive 100 points on your birthday each year.
Purchases
Earn 1 point for every $1 USD spent on eligible purchases.
Social Media Engagement
Earn 10 points by following our official Instagram account.
Important:
To receive points for eligible activities, the action must be completed through the Rewards Program interface or rewards panel on our website. Actions completed outside of the rewards system may not automatically generate points.
OLENPHOGY may occasionally introduce additional ways to earn points through special promotions or limited-time campaigns.
Point Value
Reward points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
10 Points = $1 USD Discount
Points can be redeemed at any time once the minimum redemption requirement is met.
Minimum Redemption Requirement
The minimum redemption amount is:
10 points ($1 value)
There is no minimum purchase requirement to use reward points. Points can be redeemed on any eligible order, including one-time purchases or subscription orders.
How Rewards Are Redeemed
Points can be redeemed for a discount code that can be applied during checkout.
Reward redemption rules:

Only one discount code can be used per order

Reward codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes

Reward codes can be used together with automatic subscription discounts applied to subscription products

Reward codes may be used on any order without a minimum purchase requirement
Discount Value Limits
If the value of a reward discount exceeds the order total, any unused portion of the discount will not be refunded, returned, or converted back into reward points.
Customers are encouraged to redeem points in amounts appropriate for their purchase total.
Point Status
Points may appear under different statuses:
Approved
Points that are immediately available for redemption.
Pending
Points that are temporarily held until an order or activity is verified.
Cancelled
Points removed due to order cancellation, refunds, or ineligible activity.
Point Expiration
Reward points do not expire and remain available in your account unless removed due to refunds, cancellations, or policy violations.
Account Responsibility
Reward points:

Cannot be transferred between accounts

Have no monetary value outside of the OLENPHOGY store
OLENPHOGY reserves the right to adjust, remove, or revoke reward points if fraudulent activity, abuse of the rewards system, or violations of our store policies are detected.
Program Changes
OLENPHOGY may modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time. Updates to the program will be reflected on this page.
